Requirements:
Experienced Freight Brokers with at least 1 year of experience moving ground freight within the USA (Mexico & Canada experience is a plus).
🔹 Must know how to bid/load board platforms
🔹 Strong knowledge of negotiation, carrier sourcing, and freight tracking
🔹 Self-driven, organized, and excellent communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Commission-based pay – earn up to 55% of net profit
